Windows 10 not loading - Says need flash player

Arlo does not load on Windows 10 - just says needs flash player - can see screen flash up for 0,5 second then disappear back to log in screen?

Also hard wired camera not recording anything - no motion detection at all after placing it in beta package testing - have removed and put back with other cameras - and unpluygged for 20 seconds biut not recording any motion

What web browser are you using to load the the Arlo Web Portal? Have you tried another browser?
