Will Arlo record if there is no wifi?

My concern is that thieves may cut cable line to disable cameras. Would that interup camera funtion?

Only the Q PLUS camera and Cameras synced to a PRO BASE have the option to record if internet goes out.

With the other cameras yes,

Arlo Pro base station allows a USB drive to be attached which will store videos locally
