Wifi connect issue

With new security concerns, the cameras are being pulled out of storage to be reactivated. New account setup, yada, yada, batteries replaced, base activated, all the information to wifi connect has failed. Reset, then reset again, cameras are working just no link to sync the wifi. I am hesitant to post this, on the premise it will be a simple step overlooked. This is day 2 attempt to connect wifi. Last night, the error messages read, nothing found.

Were the cameras ever removed from the old account?

 

Are you trying to pair the cameras with the base?  Or connect them to local wifi (which doesn't use the base)?  If the later, what model are the cameras?
