I'm having a tough time connecting the wifi, the LED light is not turning on and I"m not sure what's wrong?

the Netgear online manual is worthless.  Perhaps some in the real world can give me a tip on how to fix?

thanks!

I assume you mean the Internet LED. If off, there's a bad port on the base or router or a bad cable. If amber, it's connected to the router but the router is blocking access for some reason.

Kevin-King,

A little more clarification of the issue would help us better understand the problem.

What do you mean by "connecting the WiFi"? The Arlo Base Station connects to your router via ethernet cable. When successfully connected you should see a solid green power and internet LED on the front of the base.

As suggested by jguerdat above, are you not getting a solid green power and internet LED on your base station?

Please let us know!
