Wifes app won't connect..

Had a few problems with all devices not connecting so ended up doing a factory reset  on the base station (three times) to get it up and running. 

 

My app now works fine but my wifes doesnt ( she is added as a friend and has admin rights) , she cant connect to the base station ?

 

All help apreciated...

Did she respond to the email that should have been sent to her to activate her account?

My arlo app won't connect to my arlo base station.i have a CenturyLink modem .

I first bought a arlo system brought it home and found out the the app wouldn't connect to the base station so I returned it and got a new one.now I still have the same issue.

Make sure the phone is on your WiFi, not cell service.  This required for setup.  Operation later doesn't.

 

What LEDs are on the base?  You should have 2 green ones - power and Internet.  If not, you won't be able to connect.  It might be worthwhile to reset the base using the reset button on the back until the LEDs flash amber.  Wait 2 minutes for the base to reboot and check the LEDs.  If green, try again.

Cable from base is plugged into the wan/lan socket of my CenturyLink modem. Is that correct?

Power and internet lite are both green

Since the Internet LED is green, it should work.  Again, are you using your own WiFi for the phone?  You can't set up the base using any other connection.
