How do I change the info to my new wi-fi provider on the base station? Trying to connect and receiving message that my device cannot be discovered. Thanks.

Sort of lost me here... Arlo base does not hook into your wifi.

 

The Arlo Base hooks into the internet via an etherenet cable to your wifi router and should see access automatically...

 

If having trouble getting the Base to see the internet, you could try and plug it directly into the modem ( bypassing your router completely as a test only )
