Why do files go to library sporadically & then disappear

I set up our wireless system a week ago & have several recorded events (mostly testing). The notifications seem to work correctly and the count on the library icon on my screen appears to be correct. However, almost every time I go to the library to look at them there's NOTHING there.

 

Occasionally, I'll go to the library & the file will be there, but if I go try to look at an hour later, it's gone.

There have been somewhat similar reports but those have been for videos not showing until quite some time later, not randomly appearing and disappearing.

 

Are you using the app or a browser? Have you tried the other? Sometimes using a different browser makes a difference.
