I use an Apple laptop and am unable to log into my user account. I want to see my cameras from my laptop and can't. What is the solution for me? Yes, I have cleared cache. It keeps saying it does not recognize my device and is sending a notification to my iphone. That notification does not arrive (yes, notifications are permitted from the app). My laptop is Macbook Air running MacOS Sequoia 15.6 .  Thanks!

Your not setup as a trusted device.

Can you please dm me a callback number as well as a good time to call. That way I can have support look into this further. You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.

After it says it is sending a notification, you will see a "use another verification method" at the bottom center of the page.  Click on that, and you can select email.

No, I do not get an alert in the bottom middle of the page to "chose another verification method." I'd love to insert a screen shot but cannot find how to do that. They uploaded to my "photo library" here (which i did not know I had, and I can't see a way to get them inserted or attached as jpegs.

It's not an alert.  It's a link on the PC browser screen.
