I do not have any account nor have I purchased anything from Arlo, yet when checking my bank account I noticed a fraudulent charge this morning. I don't even know who Arlo is other than a scam organization.

They have had billing issues, but they are not a scam organization.  Possibly someone else has gotten your credit card info.

 

Best to dispute the charge with your credit card company (and FWIW, I'd ask for a new card).

I have just noticed an attempted charge on my card from Arlo Technologies May 29 4:08 eastern. I've never heard of this company. A couple of searches found this.  I'm not the only one... something shady is going on.

I’ve had over 5 charges from Arlo technologies on my bank no one will answer the phone number on my bank account I’ve tried chatting and my bank says I have to contact the merchant but there is no way to contact you!!!!

There is a charge in my bank account for $26.61 for Arlo Technology and I don't even know who you are so I know I didn't make this purchase. I am going to my bank to dispute it.

I recently got two different charges on my card ($26.86 and $26.74) from Arlo Technologies Inc and I've never heard of Arlo until today. These prices also don't correlate with any product on the website that I can see. Can someone assist me please? Also if anyone has received any updates on your matters I would appreciate hearing that too!

I do not have an account.  I just got a $26.86 charge on my account.  I no nothing about this coming.  There should be no charge from you coming through my account.

Arlo didn't steal your credit card number.  Likely someone else did, and then are using it to charge Arlo.

 

The mods will probably create a support case for you, but you should also report this to your credit card company and get a new card.

Today I was also charged $37.79 on my debit card by Arlo Technologies. My bank can't cancel or do anything about this and not possible to contact Arlo . 😠

I have the same problem , it is impossible communication with someone on ARLO, how can I speak with ARLO.

How can I collect my money back, I don't have any ARLO service.

there is something dark in this company, it is to many people with the same problem, 

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO CONTACT ANY arlo REPRESENTANT.
