Why Does My Video Library Say Loading And Show Nothing?

Can anyone tell me why I'm having issues when I go to my library, it says loading but it shows nothing. I'm only able to playback motion from alerts sent to emails.

W10 using Edge or IE is suffering due to the latest MS updates. Use Chrome or Firefox.
