When viewing a clip in the library while in slide over on the iPad there appears to be no way of exiting the playback.

I wanted to follow up regarding this where you should be able to exit out when using the slide over feature. Make sure you're running on the latest iOS version (iOS 12.4) and the latest iOS Arlo app version (version 2.7.13).

Hi Adksi11892,
Have you tried to restart your iPad? If that doesn't resolve it, try to reinstall the Arlo app to see if that helps.

Nope, there is no actual exit button or way of getting out of it.

What iPad model are you using? And what iOS version are you on? Could you also provide a screenshot?

It’s on an iPad Pro 11” on iOS 12.3.1, screen shot attached. There is no button to exit.

The exit button only seems to appear when Arlo is 3/4 of the screen and not 1/2 or 1/4

Hi
Thanks for the reply. I'm using the latest app version and iOS 13 public beta 5 and still do not get the exit cross on playing back from the library unless I am 3/4 of the screen for arlo. If in slide over or multitasking 1/4 or 1/2 I dont get the exit.

We tested the slide over functionality on an iPad Pro using the latest iOS version (12.4) and latest Arlo app version (2.7.13). The issue you're experiencing may be specific to the iOS 13 public beta. We suggest to wait for the actual production release of iOS 13 to see if that fixes it.
