When I updated the app pursuant to adding an additional camera I lost connection on my phone.

I attempted to add your doorbell camera to my system but was required to update the app. In so doing I lost access to my cameras and base station on my phone, Apparently the upgrade eliminated my system from view, your Arlo cameras and base station I purchased and installed in 2017. I need live phone service to help me rectify the problem, get my cameras reconnected to my phone and allow for the additional Arlo door bell camera. I’ve followed on-line instructions to no avail: The upgrade calls the app “Arlo Secure” which seems to be correct for older systems. I’ve tried power cycling the base station. I’ve reset it. I’ve attempted to log in on the web browser but the push notifications never come in the two step process. My wife’s phone which has the original app still works. I’m contacting you from her iphone.
