When I set activity zones, I don't receive motion notifications

I purchased the package to have 30-day records and set my activity zones so I can use them outside. Soon as I set the activity zones I lost all motion activity notifications. I tried looking to see if I turned them off but I didn’t. It doesn’t even show motion when I’m in front of the camera. I can use the live version but nothing has picked up for days. How can I fix it?

I suggest deleting the activity zones, and see if recordings resume. If they do, then recreate the zones.
