Since the latest update, every time I open the Arlo app on phone, I see Dashboard with my cameras, however, each camera in the dashboard has this oval bubble in the left hand corner that looks like its scrolling from left to right for about 10 seconds, then goes away, and all the cameras are blurry.    As of 2 days, now the feed, has all these lines scrolling over the whole page before the feed shows.     I have numerous issues since the latest update.    I am sick of updates all the around.   Not just with Arlo, everyone does updates and thinks things will be faster and easier, when in fact its worse than ever!   Why the bubble on each camera in dashboard????????   anyone else get that?

We are aware of the behavior you are seeing, our development team is currently looking into this behavior. I will update the community as soon as possible.

A possible workaround for the time being is to go to Devices before backgrounding the app. I've found that to work better than leaving the app from Dashboard. If you background the app while in Devices, that's where the app will open again later.

I'm not sure what you mean by backgrounding the app?    I just wish this gets all fixed asvsoon as possible.   Senior citizen count on this.  Especially with whats going with the nancy gunthrie case.  I depend on these cameras especially during night.  When i get notification i open app to see camera.  It is VERY VERY DANGEROUS not being able to see camera right away!!  Please fix all issues.

He's telling you to go to the devices page before you stop using the app.

Gotcha.   Thanks, but tried that.  It does the same thing on device page when first reopening app.   If I minimize app after I wait for clear pics not not close the minimized window, it works, however, on android, you can close all apps, which i do, and have always done, if I click the arlo icon, I'm back to dashboard n waiting for cameras to show.  None of this was an issue before, just don't understand why now after update.    Very frustrating and upsetting.   Thanks for trying to help.

It's an issue with the current app version so keep checking for updates.

Define "close all apps". You're not logging out or force closing, right?

No, I don't ever log out.  What I mean by "close all" is at least on android phones, when you visit apps, such as arlo, Facebook, YouTube, etc, when you leave those apps, the windows to those apps, or anything you were in, you can go to a screen on phone, and see a bunch of windows that are open and running.   When you hit "close all", it just closes all the apps you were in.  It doesn't sign you out.     Its basically like if your on a computer and you maximize all your screen without actually closing the app.   I don't do anything different with my phone, arlo app or my arlo cameras, that I haven't been doing since I got my cameras years ago.   So I know its not me.      I literally just ordered a cheap camera till arlo gets this fixed. I had no choice, as my camera went off last night in middle of night, I heard the notification, grabbed my phone to see to check camera, n had to wait for it to come up and be clear.  I even tried via, devices, n thats even worse than it was the other day!!!! I think my dashboard comes up quicker (blurry) than devices now.    Cant wait for this other brand camera arrives!

I assumed that you were using the "close all apps" but wasn't sure. I have never done that. On occasion, I will swipe it away from that display as a sort of "soft" close for troubleshooting but then immediately reopen it. You might want to refrain from that or at least immediately reopen the app and just background it.

I see that others are now receiving app version 6.16 which helps resolve this. Have you checked for updates?

Yes.  I have been on that version, since last week and since that version, that's when the feed and device tab started doing same thing as dashboard.     I think the close all is also a soft close.   I tried logging completely out of app, restarted phone and signed back in app, and same thing.

At this point, all I can suggest is to wait for updates to solve the issue correctly.

I wanted to do a quick follow up and see if you are still seeing this same behavior?

Dashboard is fine but it is still doing it on the feed tab.... I give up.... no issues until the last few updates... I NEVER had any rolling bubbles anywhere in app until the last couple updates... I give up. But thank you for asking

Can you please send me a screenshot of the bubbles that you see?
