Went to netgear.com to get link sent via email. When I reset my password it still does not work! It has not worked in months and there doesn't seem to be any way to get some assistance. So frustrating! All I need is to be able to sign in to my account!!!

Arlo hasn't been part of Netgear for quite a while. The Arlo forum was split off from Netgear's about 15 months ago.
