On the Web Portal, in devices, when I try to rearrange the widgets and I click on the "three dots" there is no response from the cursor, yet the "plus" sign next to it, to add widgets, works just fine.
Strangely enough, when I add activity zones and click "done" the same thing happens...no response from the cursor but the "plus" sign, to the left of "done", to begin adding zones, works just fine.
You'll see that the three dots and the "done" both occupy the same part of the respective screens...almost as if there's a dead zone there. They both worked this morning but quit part way through the day.

I added a camera today and the three dots in a circle that is supposed to allow you to rearrange the camera order is not working on any browser I use.
The android app is working fine.

Just tried it here on Chrome and it worked fine. Kind of a long shot but maybe logging out and back in or even rebooting may (or may not) help.

I suspect Arlo is using a cookie to save the layout info. Are the cookies being cleared when you exit the browser?

@ShayneS @StephenB @MikeBravo
The "three dots" are still unresponsive.
I'm using Edge and cookies are cleared every time I exit the browser.

Tried three different browsers on two different machines and get the same result. Disabled ad blocker and checked that browser wasn't deleting cooking for the site and it still doesn't work.

Just tried it in Chrome on another machine where I have no ad blocker nor any setting to delete cookies and it still doesn't work.

I had a thought and tried to go to my arlo webpage using a browser on my android phone.
However, when trying access my devices that way arlo would only take me to my paid subscription review page and from there there was no way to get to the dashboard to try it.
I tried two different browsers.
You might ask them to fix that as well.

This is working as designed, Arlo wants/expects you to use the app on mobile devices.
(Not something I agree with, but that is their position).

Just tried it here on my Pixel 9 and using Chrome was fine. However, it was set to use the desktop version of the site, not the default mobile version.

Why does ARLO keep changing things? The e dots used to work but they do not work anymore.

While it can be frustrating, I'm pretty sure nobody intentionally changed it. Rest assured, I've been in contact with them and they're working to resolve it.
In the meantime, I've found that at least in my case, if you arrange them on the app and then go back to the web portal they seem to mirror what you just did on the app... sometimes you may have to refresh the screen.

The Arlo development team is actively investigating reports of this behavior. We will provide an update as soon as we have more information to share with the community.

Appreciate it. While they are at it, perhaps they can also discover why when I go to my.arlo.com on any of several browsers as opposed to using the app and login, I can't get to my devices but get stuck on a screen displaying information about or paid subscription.

This is on your phone or tablet, correct?

It's working here on Chrome but there was another post recently stating that it didn't work for them on any browser. I wonder if it's somehow a regional thing. My web client shows version 6.5.0, if that matters.

My web client shows version 6.5.0 also. So I tried Chrome, Edge and Firefox, and on all of them the configure button does nothing on the Dashboard or Devices pages.
@BrookeN and @JamesC, any ideas of what's going wrong here?
