Hi all,
Need some advice.
I am getting fed up with everyone (including Arlo Support) telling me to log in to the web portal using https://arlo.netgear.com.
I have tried this on Windows, using Chrome, IE and Firefox. MacosX on Safari, Chrome and Firefox.
It does not work on anything I have tried. Can anyone please advise on how to gain access to the portal via a web browser.
Thank you

It is my.arlo.com for the Web Portal. Not what you posted. Don't know who gave the netgear link as Arlo split from them years ago. The "My Arlo" is also in the top right of this page.

Thanks for the reply.
Trying via https://my.arlo.com/#/login, this doesn't work either. The Netgear link diverts to this

I just clicked the link you posted and worked for me on Edge Browser. Does it give you an error code and have you tried another browser or cleared your cashe. Also make sure it is not being block by an anti virus software.

I saw that error code being a problem in certain countries but not UK. It was reported fixed. I would say call support but you already did that. Hopefully an Arlo Mod will chime in Monday PST.

Hi Discus66,
I've forwarded this report to the development team and they should be looking into this. When I hear any information or update, I'll let you know.
