Whenever I try and sign up for a plan for my arlo system. I get an error message saying "We are sorry, The system is experiencing an unexpected issue.". I have tried via the app, google chrome, and firefox. I am tryting to sign up for the Elite billed yearly. I have tried multiple cards.

Are u in a country that supports a higher plan then basic?

At one time in the past, I had a similar problem... The date on the card I used was incorrect and the problem locked me out ( anti phoney card? ).
I had to make a call to Netgear to clear the account to be able to use my card again.
Check with Support via email/phone in US
