My Arlo base station has stopped responding. I’ve had the system for 3 years with no issues. A couple of weeks ago it stopped working. I’ve tried different sockets and found an equivalent 1.5A power adapter, but nothing. The base station does not light up. The reset button does not fix the problem. I believe something in the unit has failed. Can they be repaired, and how long is the warranty on the unit?

1 year warranty in most places (2 years in some) and no repair that I know of. Purchase a new base - I'd suggest a Pro base so you can use the USB ports for local backup. Remove all devices from Settings, My Devices and start fresh, adding the new base first and then syncing the cameras. Update firmware if prompted as you go.
