FWIW, the apps have supported two different interfaces for a couple of years now. The old one uses Library to view recordings while the new one uses Feed. Arlo has been slow to migrate folks to the new one due to various issues that are still being worked on. It hasn't been simple.

 

WHat issues are you having with your base? Was it in your account before or is this a new install? What do the LEDs on the base show?
