Vmc3030 all 5 cameras stopped working after firmware update

We have 5 arlo cameras, model name vmc3030. All 5 camera stopped working after firmware update. Base station works normal. Tried to manufacture reset on camera, pull out battery, re-sync, power cycle base station, none worked. All 5 camera flashes twice amber light, every 15second. Picture from app attached. Can anyone provide any insight?

The LED on the cameras either indicates a failure to connect or low battery.  https://kb.arlo.com/642/What-do-the-different-LED-behaviors-on-my-Arlo-camera-mean

 

I'd try charging the batteries first (assuming you haven't done that already).  If that doesn't help, you might try removing all the devices from the account, doing a reset on the base, and then adding everything back.
