Vmb3000 base station not connecting

My base station Vmb3000 cannot be detected. 
The cameras and the base station was stated as offline in the app. I couldn’t view live video. But movement was recorded and I could view it in the archive. I don’t have a paid subscription.

But storing recordings for 7 days have worked for many years. 
I removed the base station in the app and wanted to add it again. But now it can’t detect the base station and the cameras are of course also gone in app, as there is no base station.

May I ask which troubleshooting steps you have tried so far? I don't want to suggest anything you have previously performed.
