I am frustrated with the new updated app. I self-monitored my cameras. With the new update, I can no longer see past videos even though I have a storage base with SD card. I don’t get notifications to my phone any longer either. I tried to call Arlo, but since I am not a plan member they don’t answer my questions/concerns. You have lost a customer Arlo.

Did you try clicking on the calendar icon at the top right?

In the latest user guide I found in Arlo's web, they ask users to unplug the storage device from base station, and then reconnect to PC to get the recorded videos!!!  Actually the base station is still working to record, but users cannot get the videos through app or base station directly!!!  Ridiculous!!

I live in Hong Kong.  I never see the new dashboard in Arlo app, even it was updated to the latest version!  There is no Calendar icon at the top right!
