Video transmitting

Just wondering.....are recorded videos sent to arlo base station directly (wirelessely) or do they go through router first?

Is arlo base station network connected directly with cameras or does it connect through router WiFi?

The camera is sync'ed and talks to the base only via wifi, as the Arlo base sets up its own wifi system for the cameras...All video goes to the base.

The base sends all via the ethernet cable tothe switch/router
