Video of Stolen Property Corrupted

We have an arlo camera system but didnt have a subscription. Or app will not play the specific times where it was stolen and we think it has been tampered with . When I try to navigate it pulls me to a different day and when I do get to click the video it plays a nightime segment for 11am and then cuts back to the video or another day. Im unsure. Anyone know how to uncorrupt the files?

Try downloading the video and use the free VLC to play it. That works for nearly any issue and is available for most platforms.
