Video not recording to library

I installed a new router and now we are not getting any recordings in the library.  I recently upgraded my subscription.

All all three LEDs on the base station green? What firmware do you have for your base station and for your cameras? Are you in ARMED or a recording mode that records?

Yes, all three lights are on/green.  Base station firmware is 1.4.2695.  Cameras 1 and 2 are running firmware 1.090.0.0_9945.  Cameras 3, 4 and 5 are running firmware 1.2.2688.

The symptoms you mention are often due to old firmware. The firmware versions you mention above are outdated. Under normal circumstances, firmware updates will automatically take place overnight.

 

Who is your ISP and what are you download/upload speeds. Poor internet connection can often cause the firmware updates to fail.
