Hi.

In the UK, we have just shifted over to British Summer Time, which for the next months or so means local time is UTC+1=BST.

Arlo has managed the shift perfectly, except for my video library which is now all messed up.

E.g. We had a set of videos record at 07:54 UTC yesterday during a delivery. When I look back at those now, they display as 06:54 - i.e. they are wrong by an hour.

Can this be corrected? Even if the library detailed the timezone on the time stamp that would be an improvement.

Regards,

Robbie

rmcfarlane600,

The time stamp on existing library content cannot be changed. Is this still occurring with newly created library content? Do you get the correct time stamp when live streaming and creating a manual recording?

JamesC,

All new video content has the correct timestamp (as measured by BST).

It is when I look back at content that was recorded before the change to BST that I see the issue, i.e. the times are off by one hour. Its exactly as per the example I gave in the original post. Before the clock change, they were all correct.

The cameras are in Central America which does not observe dst. My settings are set to Central America time  yet they are still an hour off!!! This is the third time I've had to talk to you guys about this. Is there a fix? New reordings are stamped with the wrong time.

Mariposaazul,

I will escalate this concern. Temporarily, consider swapping to a different time zone, live stream and take a snapshot. You can then navigate to the library and check the snapshot to make sure the correct time is displayed.
