Video Doorbell

Video doorbell intermittently works. No rhyme or reason as to when it works. I’ve turned up the sensitivity but you can stand right in front of it for an extended amount of time and it won’t go off. Suggestions?

Standing in front of the doorbell won't help much. I assume you really mean moving around to try to get a recording. Do you have activity zones set up? If so, delete them to see if the servers are discarding the videos for some reason.
