Very Slow base station

Hi all

 

Just after some suggestions on how to address my slow base station and its inability to connect to my cameras. Its been working fine for over 6 months. Ive changed the batteries only once, about 6 weeks ago and just lately it has been running very slow. Slow to gather status via the app, and sometimes doesnt even connect to my cameras.

 

Is there a contact number for netgear or someone i can speak to about this?
