I am trying to connect a second VMB400 base unit to my account. I have followed the instructions and even reset the unit several times. I have searched for a fix online, but nothing seems to work  
The base unit has green for Power and green for online and amber for camera.
The problem is my Arlo App and my Arlo site on my laptop cannot locate the new (second) base.
I now have the two base units hooked up identical next to each other; the one is working fine but the App still can't find the new unit.

Was this a new purchase, or did you purchase a used base?

If this was old inventory, the Arlo Cloud might not be updating the firmware.

You send a dm by clicking on the envelope icon on the top right of the forum page.If you don't see it, then go into your profile settings and select preferences, then "Private Messenger." Then select "Turn on private messages" if it is turned off.
