VMS3430 System offline no recording

we have had these cameras (VMS3430) for about a year and a half with almost no problems.  now one of the cameras gives the error message "This Arlo device is offline. Please make sure it is connected to the Internet. " The others work okay.   no matter how many times we restart and re-sync it will not reconnect.  any ideas?

Have you   ??

1) restarted the base via the power button ( reboot )

2) used REMOVE DEVICE of the camera and brought back as new

3) swapped location with a good working camera to see if issue follows camera

I’ve done all this and still get the same prompt. Doesn’t happen immediately, takes a couple hours or a couple of days.

It sounds like the camera location could be causing an issue. Possibly due to poor Wifi strength or interference. Do you see the same behavior if you leave the camera near (within a few feet) of the base station?
