It does not sync to Arlo app.

I finally connected after using a yellow cable instead of the white one that comes with the base station.

Hi bolegg99,

 

Could you clarify which part you reached up to where you were unable to sync your product to the Arlo app? Are you having problems syncing your Arlo camera to the Arlo app or the Arlo Base Station?
