I have purchased 2 x Arlo Wire-Free Security System with 3 HD Cameras (VMS3330) Can I use one Smart home base station for all six cameras.

Not sure what you mean by Smart home base station.
Six cameras require you to get at least the Premier (paid) subscription plan if you want to hook them up to the same base station.
You can get around the paid subscription if you hook up no more than five cameras to a base station (and use the free basic plan with each), but would also need to have separate accounts per base station. So, you'd have to toggle between your accounts when logging in.
