We purchased this unit 4 weeks ago

hooked it up and set it up   It worked great

Went to use it yesterday and it said it was offline

unplugged it and all three lights came on steady green like it should

It still would not connect to phone or ipad

cleared and rebooted the app with no luck

When we select add base station it cannot find it

the base station is connected to our wifi  it is there on thephones

Abie,

 

If you navigate to Settings and Subscription, does it show that you have a base station currently connected to your account? Be sure that the internet LED is solid green and attempt to connect from a different device (pc, laptop) to further isolate the issue. Please let us know!

I am have same problem. Camera acts like it is working but I don't show any of the cameras are installed on phone application

What app version/phone/OS?  The Android app v2.1.1 is having display issues (cameras offline in the Cameras tab) but the cameras are actually working.  If this is the same create a trouble ticket to raise awareness.
