VMC3030 records from an alternate universe, where vegetation is pink

Help! My VMC3030 (bought refurbished on Amazon) is appararently recording images from a parallel universe just like mine except the vegetation is an intense pink color.  

 

Please help me correct this issue before I get charged with unlawfully operating an interdimensional view device!

Hey RaccoonCam,

 

Reboot the camera by opening and closing the battery compartment door. Allow the camera to sync back up to the base station and try again. If you still experience the same behavior, please contact the Arlo Support Team to further investigate this issue. You will find several options for contacting support in the provided link.
