Not receiving notifications. Do I need a subscriptions to get notified of movement or sound?

I don't recieve notifications. Do I need a subsription to have Arlo send me indication of movement or sound ?

Hi 5Star,

 

Are you referring to push notifications or email notifications? Make sure on your rules that you have "push notifications" and/or "email notifications" enabled. Feel free to read these articles below:
