VMC3030 - Red Screen During The Day

After replacing the batteries in my camera the screen is displaying a red tint. The camera has been removed and then re-added to my system.

 

I have looked through other articles on the forum but the links to contact support dont work. The live chat feature just doesnt load either. 

 

Camera Details

Firmware - 1.3.314

Hardware - H7

 

Base Unit Details

Firmware - 1.11.9.0_26520

Hardware - VMB3010r2

 

Please can someone from support contact me directly to arrange an RMA

Pull the batteries and reinstall... many time the stuck filter will fix itself...

This has been attmepted. It fixes it temporarily but soon comes back again after. 

 

As to support none of the links work on the contact us page.
