VMC3030 - My arlo camera displays red image during the day and night. How do I resolve the issue ?

Arlo Camera # VMC3030 - My arlo camera displays red image during the day and night. How do I resolve the issue ? The other 2 cameras work fine. Only one camera has the red image issue.

This is a stuck IR filter.

Some other users have found that shaking the camera will sometimes resolve it.  Others have used a strong magnet (sliding it along the bottom of the camera under the lens).
