VMB5000 on board into app error

I have a problem on boarding a ARLO smarthub VMB 5000 onto the app i get the following error. 

 

The operation could not be completed 

(arloNetworking.ServerResponseError 1.)

 

Any Ideas?

I haven't heard of that one. Try resetting the hub by holding the reset button until the LED starts flashing amber. Let it reboot to solid blue (~2 minutes) and try adding it to your account again. If you happen to be using a VPN, disable that during the installation.
