VMB500 will no longer connect

It was all working last week.

I can no longer connect my smart hub with add device. 

Did a the hard reset on hub and home network, unplugged everything.

I am connected to a 2.4g network. plugged everything back in, in sequence.

hub flash's Amber then settle on the Blue light. but will not add device.

Since you manually reset the hub, you must also remove it from your account before you can add it back. Here is an FAQ that covers the complete process:
