While the Hub and the connected Arlo camera are still available over HomeKit, cloud functionalities went offline on 9th May around 4am (Central Europe time). Both the website and the ios app show the devices as offline. Nothing is uploaded to the cloud library either. On the DNS server is see requests to resolve registration.arloxcld.com, but the corresponding IP address fails with traceroute. I tried reaching it from other hosts to verify that it's not a local ISP issue, but those brought the same results.

That fails for me also (in the US).

 

But it might not be a problem, since it is quite possible that ICMP is disabled on the server.
