My router is a Netgear Orbi.

I have reserved an IP address for the hub, and setup the forwarding based on the information from Arlo app, it still shows not available.

 

Can anyone help?

Try checking that the port is actually open on a PC using 

 

One possibility is that you are double-routing (that your ISP provided a gateway, and not a modem).

Another is that your ISP is using CGNAT - which does not support port forwarding.

 

If either is happening, the port will show up as closed.
