VMB3500 Offline - Removed devices - Now won't sync

vmb 3500 offline restarted and removed all devices . now the basestation will not sync have to green. Basestation will not sync have two green lights and was told to delete all units and start fresh but now base station will not detect .. any help  thanks

Make sure all devices are removed in Settings, My Devices. Hold the reset button until the LEDs flash amber. Use the Add Device selection on the Devices tab to claim the base normally (make sure your phone is on your WiFi is using the app). Sync the cameras. Update firmware as you go, if prompted.
