5 cameras all went "getting status" following last weeks update. Firmware is 1.12.0.1_27940 Arlo software folks need to do their homework and do extended testing on ALL models before releasing anything...thus avoiding costing customers time and effort to fix tthe issues they have caused.
Desktop shows the cameras but when try to connect message is "failed to connect" The app message reads "getting status" Doing resets of base station from both browser and app produces nothing...no confirmation message saying reboot in progress....nothing. Very frustrated with these folks since camera is in remote location ...mulltiple hours trip...thanks Arlo.

Très frustré par ces gens depuis que la caméra est dans un endroit éloigné ... plusieurs heures de voyage ... merci Arlo.

My basestation got this update on the weekend, when I was away and all my cameras went down because of this. It said my basestation was offline and when I got home at the end of the weekend, there was an orange light on the basestation and I had to reboot serveral times to get it to work again and reset my cameras. Not very relieable and I agree with other comments, that these updates need better quality assurance testing. It was very inconvenient and concerning not to have my house monitored when I wasn't at home to try to trouble shoot the issue. Not impressed with the direction Arlo has been taking with updates in the last year or so, as I've had many camera disconnections after updates in the past year or so.
