I have an older Arlo base station setup (VMB3010r2).  I have 3 shared users that have admin privileges and access to all 6 cameras.  The iPhone user, of the shared users, suddenly cannot change modes and no longer gets notifications, .. could before.  Can view recordings and live video.  The other android users work fine.  This behavior started less than 30 days ago.  I deleted the shared user and Arlo app on iPhone.  Reinstalled the Arlo app on the iPhone and setup the shared user.  Behavior didn't change.  This user can control modes in a web browser, just not the iPhone app.  Any help is greatly appreciated.

This issue is coincidental to a very recent iPhone app update (Jul 15, 2023; V4.6.2 (6478)).  I reported that notifications were not working in my original post, that is incorrect, notifications do work.  Just cannot change modes to arm and disarm the system via the iPhone app as posted.  Several in a Reddit post report the same behavior.

I know I have no support voice with Arlo, but the current iPhone app seems to be the issue, not my old Arlo gear.  Any help is appreciated. Thank you in advance.

Are you using the primary account?  Or a "friend" account?

That's an Arlo bug - hopefully they will fix it ASAP.

@StephenB  - Thank you.  This worked before.  It stopped coincidental to an (iPhone) app update.  Hoping the next update fixes the issue.
