VMB3010r2 - 1.10.0.7_21310 Firmware upgrade not working

Hello,

I have a VMB3010r2 Arlo Base Station with the 1.10.0.4_20963 firmware version.

The system is proposing me to upgrade to 1.10.0.7_21310 firmware release but the process every time finishes with base_station_errore_4403.

Any change to perform the firmware upgrade successfully?

I already checked release notes here: Release Notes – Arlo Pro Base station, Arlo Wire-Free Base station 21st June 2018.

Usu if you reboot the base ( power button ), the FW will attempt an update...

Is the issue a data speed issue??  Slow data speeds can cause fw update issues.

Hi Tom,

I was trying to upgrade only through web interface.

Restarting the base station everything now is fine !
