VMB3000 need help installing

I have a 2015 ARLO VMB300 base Station and two VMC3030 cameras how do I hook them up to iPhone SE and/or iMac with OS 26.5 (25F71)

If they were never previously used (so are brand new) you won't be able to set them up. Changes in how Arlo operates over time has caused old equipment to not be able to get firmware updates that are required. You can add the base first using the app (click on the "+" at the top and choose to Add Device) but it will fail at the update step.
