VMB3000 When I run the app I get "no Arlo devices found"

I have VMB3000 and stock camera. Iphone 10. I downloaded the arlo app. When I run the app I get "no Arlo devices found" I disconnected from router. I did master reset on base (pressed rest button on back for 10sec). After awhile the first two green lights on Alro are on solid green. I put new batteries in the camera. Then did the sync. Lights flashed and the camera seems to be connected to the base. Tried running the app again. Still says No Arlo device found. Where do I go from here? thanks roger

You have to claim the base FIRST, as indicated byt the instructions. Then sync the cameras.
