VMB3000 - New Systme set up does not take me to set up page

According to the video, when I click the new system I should go to a page where i complete my account set up.  However, it takes me to a page where it askes me to select the camera I would like to add.  When I click on the Arlo base system it says it is discovery your (my) device... put then it just takes me to an instruction page where it is telling me the pre-steps (connect to router, plug in, power on... I have done all that. 

 

How do I complete the account set up and how to I get the bae to communicate?

 

I'm in Canada... does this make a differnece?

Asheena,

 

The device you are using to go through setup must be on the same network as the base station. If it is not, it will not find the device to add it to the account.

 

If you're still having trouble, consider a factory reset of the base station and attempt to go through the account creation process again.
