VMB3000 Is Not Connecting But The App Sees It

App sees serial number of unit, but won’t find it to connect

Have you tried factory resetting the base?

With the power on, use a paper clip etc to hold the reset button until the power LED goes from green to amber. This may take up to 10 seconds
